Website Strategy

  • Working on overall website strategy with CEO and Product Marketing to ensure the value proposition is well explained for all customer personas

Product Management and Go-To-Market

  • Collaborate effectively with developers to create two custom WordPress websites to integrate TalentLMS and other platforms using APIs for B2B and B2C customers; this also entails customizing HTML/CSS code depending on design requirements

  • Craft different marketing mediums to ready the product for market; this is achieved via Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, social media, inbound marketing, SEO, graphics of videos and social media posts, and product landing pages

  • Employ LEAN and Agile methodologies (SCRUM, Kanban) throughout the product journey

  • Head aggregation of data from Google Analytics, Hotjar, and Ad Streams to better understand customer behavior

  • Confer with customers to receive their feedback and course improvement suggestions

  • Leverage data analytics and direct communication to improve customer experience

Product Planning - Next Stage of Development

  • Oversee creation of the competency gap analysis tool using Python; this includes automation from data collection to in-depth reporting on individual and departmental level (B2B customers)

  • Spearhead the migration from TalentLMS to LearnDash for a WordPress-integrated LMS that had newly incorporated Tin Can (xAPI) with developers (only B2C customers)

  • Originate value propositions and strategy for the product line based on B2B needs

Key Project Achievement:

  • Delivering courses to ITC in Tajikistan

  • Established the first fashion training center in East Timor

  • Recruited over 300 learners with a 99% satisfaction rate

  • Served as lead engineer and product manager to produce ALEA Brush

Alea Brush Key Project Achievements:

  • Achieved 70% less damage on the hair, and the brush was less painful than leading brushes on the market

  • Received feedback stating 82% of consumers preferred the ALEA brush to leading brushes in the US market

  • Secured top professionals in the industry, including celebrity stylists, as distribution leads

MECHANICAL DESIGN ENGINEER – MIRAKEL TECHNOLOGIES

  • Excelled in a team with three other engineers from different disciplines to create a device that straightened hair using electrochemistry

  • Drove the design of an ergonometric casing aided by force and thermal simulation to ensure structural robustness, and rapid prototyping using 3D printing while considering the complicated nature of electrochemistry and product requirements
